Christie is one of the top Real Estate Advisors in North Florida and is a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors®. Prior to joining Engel & Volkers in 2023, Christie was in the top 20% of her brokerage with a sales volume of 5.71 million in 2022. Specializing in St. Johns County: Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, and St. Johns she is very well versed in all the nuances of the different communities and what each has to offer. Not only is she a Florida Native, but has been blessed to be able to call the First Coast her home since 2005. For the past 18 years she has resided in varying locations in Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra. She is currently a Nocatee resident and Nocatee Certified Agent.

Christie attended The University of North Florida (Swoop!) where she earned both her Bachelor’s in Biology and Master’s Degree in Business Administration. With her previous background in project management and her corporate career in worker’s comp insurance, she has gained skills that set her apart in professionalism and building relationships that set her up for success in any transaction. In dealing with claim’s adjusters, she developed negotiating skills that also prove beneficial in the complex real estate transaction process.

As a full time agent, Christie helps both sellers and buyers. She is a relocation expert and has assisted clients moving to St. Johns County from New York, New Jersey, California and Tennessee. She understands how overwhelming it can be to move your family to a new town. She is in tune with the local area attractions, activities, the best restaurants, youth sports venues and more to not just sell a home but set you up with a new lifestyle! 

Christie loves being able to call North Florida home and truly enjoys being outdoors! In her spare time she makes sure to soak up the sun at the beach or at the pool with her family. She also enjoys paddle board yoga, riding her beach cruiser, and taking walks with her Goldendoodle, Teddy.
